Didn't receive delivery that I paid for. Called for following day delivery details, being patient. Was told they couldn't deliver following day because the manager 'managed' the account. Nor speak with anyone in leadership roles. Or about a refund while the app stated it was delivered. Was informed that only deliver when manager is on schedule; and rarely is. So they are holding on to my money and no one is handling the issue. City

I ordered on the drizly app. The package wasn't delivered. I was still charged and is listed as delivered. I contacted the business and was not offered any appropriate customer service. I would appreciate a call back ASAP. This is unacceptable. If s vendor is offered on the site they should be held accountable.
