The owners of East RC are the same owners of Scootworks. Google Scootworks complaints and you will see tons of people that Scootworks screwed.
By the way, the owners of Scootworks and East RC filed for bankruptcy and screwed many small businesses out of a ton of money. I'm talking thousands of dollars.
Don't take my word, see for yourself. Go to the better business bureau and Google Scootworks and East RC.

East R/C didn't send my order!! Excuses, excuses
- - Ordered in March for trim tabs; charged immediately; later backordered.
- - No replies; no direct phone line; delays due to downtime and supplier issues.
I placed an order in March for trim tabs. My card was charged immediately, and then a week later I get an email that the parts are back ordered.
I contact them two weeks later and they say they have machines down. Then they had someone quit, then their metal supplier ran out of the right sized aluminum. On an on, excuse after excuse. Then all of a sudden they just stop responding.
They don't have a direct phone line probably so they don't have to deal with all of the pissed customers who are in the same boat I am in. Stay Away from East R/C in Zebulon

EastRC products and support are terrible!!!
- - Trim tab upgrades were crudely cut with sharp edges.
- - Can't call; only fax or email, and they don't respond.
- - I had to dispute the charge to get a refund.
EastRC POORLY machines custom parts for radio controlled airplanes, and after receiving my order for trim tab upgrades, I found them crudely cut and full of sharp edges. You cannot call them directly but have to fax or email, and they never respond.
I wouldn't give out my phone number either if I made *** like this. I finally had to challenge the charge to get my money back. I am not the first to have problems-wish I would have done a better web search on these guys.
EastRC.org are a bunch of crooks. Don't do business with them, ever!!!
I second that. East RCs products are horrible.
I could have whittled a better product out of a piece of wheat. They sell ***.

This review is absolutely false. It was made by a former business associate of the owner who tried extorting money out of him for quite a while, which resulted in a legal case.
Note: East R/C NEVER charges ANY orders until they are shipping out the door. We pretty much always keep our aluminum trim tabs and roller buttons in stock at all times. In the rare occasion that we run out, we're only out for a week or two, and all customers are kept up to date from the time of order, til the time their order is being filled. Just ask any of our thousands upon thousands of happy customers, all over the world.
The only thing that is true about the above review is we don't have a published phone number. But only because we spend most of our time in the machine shop, so all of our communications is via email or fax. It's just more efficient that way.
