My third visit within the past 30 days from a job order on December 30th. The original order and service were malfunctioning while driving on January 12th.

Instead of re-servicing the vehicle, which is a safety hazard, they denied fault on their end involving workmen's ability in the original diagnostic of agreed dysfunction.
They made me literally pay for their mistakes; this time they assured me the rework would be an hour job, while factoring labor costs. Staying on premises for this job order. After handing over the keys, to the owner says the job may be 2-3 or more hours because of the vehicle in front of me (vehicle which needed brakes that were either already changed or never touched) and whatever other vehicle was being worked on. The vehicle brought in before mine was done, so about 80 minutes into my wait.
Long story short according to owner, technician(s)/mechanic and front desk actual labor of job should be an hour.

I left approximately 06:00 hours, with my error codes on my dashboard (airbag sensor on) and being accused of bringing it to the shop like that, as well as the narrative of me being a disruptive customer. In reality, I was waiting for them to express their concerns for my lengthy wait, even as one person said the car was ready then the other said no.

They even tried to get me to drive the car off the lot without notifying me of the light on the dashboard.
Luis the owner was more concerned with counting his cash than me sitting in his business for 3 hours freezing for a job that, according to YouTube and his mechanic, once started should be an hour.
The same mechanic that did the original work (Josh) stated he all of a sudden didn't; have the capabilities to do electrical work and the other two cosigned it, but this was stated after lengthy delays, in the process. They have no process regarding proper diagnostics, job time estimation, customer service or resolving customer concerns.
Despite the initial job order not being satisfied and my pressing schedule, I looked past the Malpractice of tinkering with other parts of my vehicle; serpentine belt adjustment and loosening of a bolt for the muffler (catalytic converter) create a new opportunity for a returning customer.
