I had leased a vehicle in 2015. I was told that I would be paying $460 a month. I was baited and when I had given my deposit and the deal was 1 day away from being settled, I was told that my payments would be going up. The finance manager actually negotiated a price with me???!! How in the world could he just change numbers like that without a valid reason?
After waiting 3 hours with my children and they had already taken my trade in. I was able to sign papers. The final price was bumped up to $506.00
I went in to East Hills Dodge in East Hills NY the other day to inquire about a new lease for the vehicle I have. I was given a price of $640 a month ! I went to Westbury Dodge a few minutes later and was given a price of $527.00 which was negotiable. I was then told many other stories and the prices are varying. I have leased other vehicles not Dodge or Chrysler and I had the best experiences and customer service.
You should know why there are so many complaints on social media about these dealers and the POOR customer service.
