I was shipped inferior product.
- - I ordered pallet rack from ECSE and got junk.
- - Unresolved issue after 3 months.
- - Calls are not returned and payment is required in advance.
I ordered pallet rack from ECSE and they sent me junk, they have been telling me that they would resolve the issue for 3 months now, but they have done nothing. I have called and emailed them numerous times and all I get are broken promises.
They do not return phone calls as promised and always have an excuse.
Beware of buying from them, unless you are able to pick up the product in person and do not pay in advance. Buying from ECSE is not worth the gamble and there are a lot of companies that do what they do that are reputable.

This is the worst company in the world. They cheat lie and steal.
You will get screwed. Do not dare prepay this outfit for anything. The are in Brick New Jersey they also have a facility In Brownsmills the owner and sales guy John Geddes is a liar! The is not capable of telling the truth.
