DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Charged me a restocking fee of $57 and made me pay return shipping. Can’t reach an actual person, this company is a joke.

I bought 2 odyssey batteries from these guys that, after several weeks of testing and back and forth, the manufacturer has deemed them covered under warranty. East cost jeeps was too lazy to fill out the paper work!
I even caught them in a lie. Does not return calls.
This 'company' has an answering machine. Custome service should be your first priority.

Do not have a factory original soft top or supertop nx installed on my jeep. Need return authorization and to get a refund for my order.
Need to return these past as soon as possible and get a refund for parts that I cannot use on my Jeep.
Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. I have tried various times to get help in returning this product to no avail. Thanking you kindly for your prompt attention to this matter.

UPS lost my bumper supposedly
Ordered a rock crawling bumper May 2, 2018. On May 7, 2018 I was told that UPS had lost it and they didnt have any more.
They showed 20 in stock when I ordered it, and they said they can't get another one at the moment and didn't even offer a phone call.
They did refund in a timely manner, but I think it would be hard for UPS to lose such a part and after reading reviews on the web about them i really wonder. My purchase was made through Amazon which may have helped on the refund end of things
Item showed delivered never received! Said item lost!
Ordered a rotopak . Item showed shipped and delivered.
Never arrived.. got a full refund and they said that will let me know when item is in stock... I'm still trying to contact company.
So they made good on 50% of the deal ... Thanks
I feel ripped off
Purchased what I thought was a Pillar Pod for a Bully dog gauge for an 06 Ford F250. We got a Dodge Pillar Pod, I sent it back and paid to return it.
But only got a partial refund because they have to restock it. I can under stand a small restocking fee but to me it was way too much! Don't buy from them! They offered a small discount if I ordered something they offer, only don't have what I ordered and what I needed.
You can't talk to anyone only e-mail.
Then they take forever to respond. Slow service if you call it that .

Unfortunate ECJ customer
Placed a order with East Coast Jeeps through Amazon, a part unrelated to my purchase arrived. ECJ apologized and shipped a replacement, and again it was wrong.
ECJ tried blaming Amazon claiming what was listed on Amazon was wrong. The box that ECJ shipped was the exact package that I was expecting, the problem was that most of the content was missing. ECJ tried to say that the order was for a single piece, even though the box clearly had a "Included in this kit" statement on the side of the box. I was forced to file a claim with Amazon.
ECJ tried to get me to drop the claim, kept stating that they would fix the issue if I did. Even though I repeatedly stated I would only drop the claim once they fulfilled the order. they tried to *** me with false promises.
These people seam to have the attitude that we should feel privileged to buy from them, they need to learn that it the opposite, that it is their privilege that they have any customers. PS; I've noticed in many complaints about East Coast Jeeps, East Coast Jeeps always wants to blame others, particularly Amazon.

When I tried to return a pair of overalls for the correct size, the seller refused to answer any of my many e-mails. I filed a claim with Amazon.com to get some help, and then the seller retaliated by refusing to sell me a new item under their written terms of sale. I literally couldn't give this seller money when I tried. Too weird for me! I will never buy from this seller again, and shame on Amazon for allowing this kind of vendor into the Amazon community.

Terrible company. They have fake prices on Amazon And then they send you the wrong product.
They told me they were sorry and they didn't carry what I had purchased
But it was also on my their website.
Very dishonest company and I would never buy something from them again
