East Coast Appliance has not even bothered to respond to a direct post on their website, so I consider this vendor to be a big loser & would not recommend them to anyone. Do you know anybody that need a built-in kit for a microwave?

Bought a GE Microwave & Trim Kit from East Coast Appliance in Norfolk, VA that GE Customer Service said were compatible only to find out the Trim Kit does not go with THE microwave. Contacted salesperson at East Coast, who put me in touch with Manager who told me once you open the box the item is non returnable. When I told him that I thought the box had already been opened because the zip lock bag containing the screws was open and all the screws were scattered throughout the box his response was even if that were true, essentially calling me a liar, he still cant take the item back.
So I am out $150.00 because I opened the box.
This is terrible consumer relations & I will never shop or recommend East Coast Appliance even if the manufacturer lists this vendor as a place to shop.
