Have missed paper 5 times in 4 months including today.
When I call to report the missing paper I am told it will been sent out by noon, They do no indicate what day or "week". It NEVER has arrived. I am told I will be credited for the paper but that has not happened.
Why do I still try to get the paper?

Order#19-1126*-***53 was not delivered to my home on 3-11-24. Tracking #271905****80 was another item as from FedEx source.
This tracking # was a package that went to people down the street from delivered same day and time.
