I applied for a Tax exemption since I am reseller and charge the tax to the customers. To make a long story short they approved me as a reseller after going through the paper work. However I am still being charged sales tax and won't respond to my request for exemption. Every time I call they just say ok we will pass this on to the appropriate department and that's the end of it, until I call them and keep getting the same story every time I call! Nasty customer service.
