Refund
The Earny company has been taking money from my account without my permission for years. I've been trying to reach out to them through phone calls and emails, but none have gone through, which is weird and, in my opinion, FRAUD. I just need to cancel the subscription and get my refunds.

Ripped Off, Horrible Business Practice, Zero Customer Service
On July 1, 2023 I got an email from Earny that my account would be charged a yearly fee of $19.99 on July 16, 2023.
I replied to the email the same day requesting my account be closed and please do not charge me for another year. On July 16, 2023 I was charged $19.99.
Earny has no customers service contact information other than email Support@***.co
A response email stated that a reply could take 72 hours.
I went into my Earny account to remove the charge card they have on file resulting in another $19.99 charge.
Again I emailed customer service requesting a refund for both charges and got the same response, it could take 72 hours to get a reply.
After waiting 2 weeks or 10 business days I emailed Support@***.com once again and got no response.
I registered a complaint here on PissedConsumer, another email was sent by PissedConsumer this is what I got back..."We are sorry to bring the bad news to you.
Looks like Earny received but decided not to read and act upon your message."
To date August 11, 2023 I have not gotten a refund and have not heard from Earny Support.
It's obvious they intend to keep my $39.98.
I was never paid a dime by Earny's service.
Obviously I do not recommend doing business with Earny. They are a scam.

No response for six months requesting my cash out
Still no response from this business!!!
I've been a paying member for a few years now and I am supposed to get the cash out that I have earned upon request. I have been requesting my cash for six months and have not heard anything from this company, yet they do not hesitate on collecting the annual fee.
Preferred solution: The cash out that I have earned which is over $500

No response to request for cash for over three months
I have been trying to get the cash out I earned through the program for over three months. There is no response and no way to contact by phone. My emails get ignored

Hi. I signed up for Earny last year.
I paid $19.99 for your services. However, they didn't work for me.
I had to continue to sign in and up whenever I tried to use it. I would like a full refund please.

I need a refund. Because I cannot connect any Merchant to my account. I think it is a scam.
This company is a scam
I have had earny for a year, had it connected to my amazon account and have received $0 in refunds. I buy almost everything on Amazon, especially with the pandemic and I find it hard to believe I got the absolute lowest price for everything I bought.
Either way, it's not worth it.
It came time for my subscription to be renewed. I've been trying to cancel my account for the past week. In this time, they charged my credit card.
They have *no* valid phone number to contact -- two of them connect to a car smogging center, one is disconnected, and the fourth one just rings. I have tried emailing them at 3 different emails and they get bounced back.
This company is a scam.
