Had a very unpleasant experience at Earls on March 22nd at 6:35 PM. My wife, my kid, and I had just checked in when I took my child to the bathroom.
A heavy-built front desk staff member (wearing grey pants and a black top) abruptly and rudely stopped me. She almost placed herself in my path and, in a condescending tone, asked me where I was heading. Her body language and tone made it clear that she was judging me based on my appearance and believed I didn't belong in the establishment. The way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
There was no courtesy, just hostility. It was an uncomfortable and humiliating experience, both for me and my child. A restaurant should be a welcoming place for families, not one where customers are treated with suspicion and disrespect.
Management seriously needs to address their staff's attitude and customer service. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.
Preferred solution: Maybe they could better train their employees.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Gift Card Dropped off.
Still waiting for gift card in the mail. Sent email back stating haven't received it.High gear going nowhere.
Went in for our Anniversary Dinner. Ordered the Thunder Storm Pizza.
Worst taste dry,burnt.
Did not finish one piece. Noone came to the table
to ask if I would like something else in its place. Only upon paying the
bill did he ask anything. Would you like something else upon leaving.
Paid in Cash.
Complained.
Phoned No one called me back.
Will not go again. Waste
of time and money.

I was to.d I would recieve a gift card in the mail. When it is recieved issue is resolved.As yet still have not seen it it the mail. Maybe this week.
HI : I came into your Restaurant at the Guildford location for my Anniversary Dinner.
I made the mistake of ordering your Thunder Storm Pizza. I had 2 bites?
It was burnt and dry terrible.
No one came to the table would you like something else? Do need more water. Just the bill. He then
asked upon leaving would you like something else.
Worst service I have ever had.

I am an indigenous 59 year old disabled woman..approximately 2 to 3 days ago about 930pm I went in to ask the manager to use the ATM and washroom..he told me they were both closed..very rude man ..Grey vest .pants white shirt tie..glasses..I'm not sure of his race .not Caucasian..My God..I have fought all my life for Respect..only to be insulted by your restaurant so called manager.

Not going back
Customer since opening. Waited to be seated for over 30 minutes while other customers walked in and seated immediately.
Once seated, waiters and waitress walked passed our table and did not even acknowledge we were there. I never even asked the Hostess how much longer or did I even point out that several customers were seated before us. I just waited patiently. At least 15 minutes went by without any one coming to serve water or take a drink order.
it was busy today but I've visited this restaurant when it has been much more crowded and did not receive the offensive treatment as today. Even had a restaurant manager just pass our table. At least 3 other customers seated and waited on after us.
Will not return or recommend to anyone. Very sad and offended by the treatment.
