I took my ford mustang 2003 to Earl Floyd Ford Carrollton, ky to be fixed it told them it would not start and I believed it had something to do with the anti thief system the called me and told me it was the fuel pump said they ran a diagnostic on it and that's what it was I told them to go ahead and replace it they replaced the fuel pump, gas filter and flushed out the system. Called and said it was ready we went to pick it up didn't get 10 miles up the road it died which was what it was doing to begin with. I called them and they told to call a number they gave me for a tow and they would reimburse me tow fee. When the car got back to lot they called me next day said it was the alternator and wanted to charge me another 646 dollars to replace that. I told them no when I went to get my car they would not reimburse me my 100 dollars for towing because they said what they fixed wasn't the problem for it breaking down. I will never go there again I have always taken this car there to be fixed and I would like to know if they ran the diagnostic on it, why didn't the alternator show up to begin with Thank you Margie Garner 859743****
