Help with transaction

Yesterday early in the morning, I ordered a headphone accessory through a company/page called Eardio. I read that they do same day shipping of their items, and that I should receive my item within one to three business days from the day I ordered. I have reached out to Eardio through email requesting a tracking number so I would be able to check on the status of my order, and then I sent another request just in case. But I have not heard anything back from them by email or messaging through their website. If I will not be able to have the item shipped to me and received within the timeline they stated on their website, I would like a full refund of my money. However, it has proven to be very hard getting in touch with you the company and they do not have a customer service or any other kind of phone number listed online. Please assist me in figuring out how to best resolve this matter.
