Eargo Hearing Aids review Beware! I paid $2400 for a pair of Eargo's in November 2018.
New pair now is being advertised for $1400. Lost one, and the replacement cost for one is $395!! Shocked, I asked about refurbished ones - NO, no & no. After calling several times to complain the "Customer Care" employee would say "I'll have my supervisor contact you".
Most never did contact me, one did email, but didn't respond to my return email. Eargo doesn't offer its customers insurance even though the size is so small, the hearing aid is at risk of loss. Eargo's Customer Care is daunting.
After such toxic treatment by Eargo, I can no longer encourage my friends, co-workers, and family to do business with Eargo. I feel ripped off.
