Items not received for 3 weeks, email and complained not been replied, hotline always busy

i ordered 6 boxes of nescafe capsules on 21st March, delivery was scheduled on 25th March. When delivery man came, he only sent 2 boxes. i asked him would EAMart re-send or refund to be the remaining 4 boxes. he told me to call or send email. I sent email immediately and waited for 3 days, no reply. so i tried to find their hotline, always busy, cannot get through. so i sent in another 4 emails to check, no reply till today! i also tried to leave message on their facebook, to my surprise, no one replied me but hided my message. this website is totally a scam!! will never order from this pathetic website! now i am thinking whether to raise a chargeback or keep waiting.
