BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT COMPANY OPERATING UNDER FALSE NAME THAT TRICKS AND BULLIES CUSTOMERS.

Due to the confusion of this websites form, the $5000 lost listed was an error. It was meant to be the verbal contract for $5000 that they refuse to honor.

I was pressured into signing an agreement before anything. Then they totally change their tune after it's signed, doesn't do what is promised and hounding me to start work before I even have the insurance claim complete! Stay away from this company, plenty of better roofers out there that will give you a FREE WRITTEN quote before signing paperwork. This is surely an unethical company bullying the small guy that is not familiar with having a roof replaced. While reading other reviews, this is normal in their business practices. Dallas some what of a conscious but I can tell he's pressured by the scamy owner as well.

Eagle watch did a great job for us.
I'm far from pissed off. From start to finish these guys did what they said and delivered. Thanks guys for all your hard work! These guys were very hard workers. I'm happy I did not go with the roofer my neighbors recommended, after last weeks rain and a leak appeared at my neighbors and his company is no where to be found. Eagle watch roofing came out gave us a competitive quote and they even cleaned out our gutters and blew off our drive way. I would recommend these guys to any one who needs a roof or repair to their roof. Eagle watch roofing did a great job for us.

Eagle Watch Roofing (NEWNAN GA) is a scam
I am a previous customer. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are just trying to get the money. Customer service is definitely their downfall!! Do not use this company. They are shady people. Greg Feathers and Phillip Bennett are liars! Do not use them. They will say one thing and do something totally different. Wouldn't rather have a company that did what they said that they would do? There is no eagle watch roofing registered with the State of Georgia. There is not tax certificate with the state of Georgia.
I Looked into this company and found that they use false unregistered name and do NOT have any licenses or insurance under this name.
We need to *** out this companies that are not honest
Sir you are the one that is trying to profit off your insurance company which is fraudulent. The only reason you're mad is because we won't renegotiate the contract after we've done our part.
The agreement you signed and initialed next to 5 different lines is point blank and very easy to understand, you also had a few days to read it before you signed and returned it to us. You were extremely happy and appreciative of our company until you received your check. You are the reason we have that paper in place, so you can't use us to do all the work then back out and go with another company or keep the money. Wasting our time.
We didn't make you sign the contingency all we said was would not your adjuster until it's signed.
Also the claims against Eagle Watch being a fraudulent company are false. This is Eagle Watch Inc. DBA Eagle Watch Roofing.
So I would be careful of your false statements. We comply with all state and local laws, period.
And as far as pressuring/bullying you into signing the contract, we left you the contract on Sept. 21, 2017.
You signed and initialed it on October 20, 2017 and a week after that is when we met with your insurance adjuster. You had plenty of time to not sign/get out of it if you wanted to.
And what's really funny about your accusations is that none of the bullying and being scam artists were even issues until the day after you were served by the courts. I'm pretty sure that the judge is going to see through this the same way BBB did and dismissed your complaint.

Also the person who replied to this post was afraid to give his name. If you are a real representative of Eagle whatever name, what is your name, position with the company and business license number?
If you are an honest person you will have no problem providing that information.
