Eagles Repair placed Malware on my computer

1. Your official number from the internet was intercepted by a person who claimed to be an associated working for MS (this is the disadvantage of AI and other smart gadgets rather than people).

My computer was hacked and malware replaced the current AVG Security packaged/VPN, I had purchased Jan 22/2022.
3. I paid them $499.00 to receive their computer secure/malware
4. They locked my computer again on 4/20/23
5. Their efforts this time were aimed at: for me to purchase a gift card for $2,000.00 to pay for a security package funded by them.(finally saw the light and called my Banker) (disadvantage of no real people to answer phones, calls to MS Customer Service were hacked into by that group.) 4/21/23

Tried to download Defender, many problems with that also

Assessment: Finally settled VPN problem, suspect since malware is still on computer will have other problems in the future
