Worst Septic contractor
- Hired Eagle for a septic system, paid a deposit, faced year delays, fees, yard damage, no warranty info or tutorial, and no service or calls.
I hired Eagle to put in a septic system and paid a deposit. I tried multiple times to get it installed over a year.
Finally, they agreed to install it but charged me additional fee because the contract expired. At installation they rutted up my yard and charged extra for a water fee. After waiting on them several times over the course of two years for the warranty information and a tutorial on the system, I gave up. They did not service the system per the contract either.
They do not return calls.
However they will tell you that they called you back mutiple times and left messages and you never called them back.

I had the same issue. It got bad enough the county had to get involved.
Took over 10 weeks and a violation from the county for them to actually come out and get it inspected after the install was complete. We caught them in several lies by calling the county for verification. Excuse after excuse.... There is probably a reason they aren't a member of the BBB.
Will be filing a report regardless.
