If I could give zero stars I would
My order is lost through UPS but the company has not started looking for it yet. Its been days since Ive had my medication. Its very frustrating for a company to not even look into my lost order.

First...why do I have to pay $5 to get someone human on the phone to ask where my shipment is? I have been playing back and forth with your ridiculous bot who obviously cannot help me.
Then it directs me to a website that I have to pay $5 to speak with someone.
I need to find out where my prescription was shipped to. I have not received anything and the message that I received was that it was delivered on 4/2/24.
15 minutes listening to all representatives are busy...come on people...pick up the darn phone!!!
