Ive been dealing with them for some time have paid off some items Im really close to paying off what I have left and my payments arent on time but Im paying they call me everyday all day now they are threading saying after today they wont take any payments from me I have to return merchandise well Im almost done I just need more time to pay they saying they cant extend any longer they have extended too much already I mean people are going through things at least Im trying

Eagle Furniture - Collectors Calls Review from Chicago, Illinois

This place is horrible as far as customer service...period. I had an open account, for a washer and dryer, and had made arrangements to pay weekly.

I had an issue with my work paycard, so just like the rest of the world, I had to wait for it to be mailed to me. During this time, Eagle representatives, collectors (whatever you call them), called me repeatedly. I started ignoring the calls after I had told them for the third time that Iwould call when my card came and make payment. These people went to my job, discussed my account with my co-workers, and have tried to collect payment 6 times on 2 cards that are no longer valid.

I have screenshots, messages, e-mails (of the declined payments), as well as video from one of my neighbors of them screaming my name outside of my house while I was at work....I know these things are illegal, I have reported this to my card services as well as contacting an attorney, waiting for a call back if the cease contact order is issued. This is ccompletely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Eagle Furniture Rental Canton Ohio

I went into Eagle Furniture Rental on Atlantic Blvd in Canton Ohio to ask about a stove and refrigerator. I decided to get the fridge even though it was priced extremely high.

I did my application but never set up a delivery time. While on my way to work I received a phone call stating they were there to deliver but I had to.come back and sign for it. Well I work in Akron so it was out of the question. So I told them I would call when I was ready for the merchandise.

They called me constantly daily about getting it. I told them I would I just wanted to wait until closer to income tax refund so that I would avoid extra finance charges. I went back a month later to get the fridge and was denied because he could not verify my information. I ask what information its the same as when you guys brought it less than a month ago.

Just crazy.

But they saved me some money!
