Tigard store manager. Purchased 70.00 friday and went back on saturday to buy sheets for 9.79 I wanted to check what size my bed was. I purchased another 30.00 including sheets. the package had 4 price tags on it for 9.79 one was scratched off he said I have a problem with this price that is scratched off I rolled the package around and showed him 4 other price tags for 9.79 I told him I dont have a pricing gun with me he said people change prices on packages I said are you accusing me of changing the price he said in a smart *** attitude people change prices I said im not people he said yes you are. I cant believe you have a manager running customers away during these times.

I purchased an electronic picture frame from Bargain out let store in Tigard Oregon in January 2016, on Feb. 20th I opened up the new product box to load some family photos for my elder parent and learned that it was defective and I had lost my store receipt by then yet drove to the store in the hope that they would honor their product sales and provide me with an exchange. not only they did not honor their product warrantee but also accused me of stealing form them, the manager said that he would lose his job if he allowed an even exchange or even a store credit. Not only they had sold me a defective product but also the other two similar product they had on the shelf were broken and defective AS WELL yet they claim hat they test every product before they put them on the shelves for sale, I had to stay in that store for nearly an hour for them to review their security cameras to see if I did walk in the store with this product ( he did not know how to use his own store camera), it was beyond embarrassing. their return and exchange policy is bellow industry standards and their customer service is none existent. basically I spent $75 on a box of junks and were treated by insult when I tried to make an exchange. I did not ask for a return, I would had been happy with store credit or an even exchange for a working model but they do not have such policy in effect. I would never shop at Bargain outlet store again nor recommend them to any friend or family, I might just burn my hard earned money. The manager sucks as a humane being and has an anger and trust issue.
