Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Discounts and Special Offers. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.
Big black mark on from of hat
I ordered a straw hat, received the hat, and found it had a large black mark on the front part of the hat. I reached out to the company (included pics) and was told it was part of the straw and they had no control over that.
I told the man I would like to exchange the hat for one without the blemish and packed it up to send back to the company after asking for a return label. I literally never heard from him again. Twice, I was emailed a request for a review on the hat, and twice, I wrote the review including a pic of the blemish. My review hasn't been published to the listing.
Big surprise! The hat was nice except for the mark on it, but I would stay away from this company!

Others should beware
I am so worried about online purchase safety that I use a different middle initial with EVERY purchase. (IDK why the charges go through, but that's another issue) I used a specific letter for my purchase with E4Hats.com.
AND a slightly different spelling on my address.
TWO weeks later I received a call from an online retailer attempting to confirm over $2000.00 worth of electronics being delivered to another state. The security person repeated the billing address and middle initial as that which I used for my e4hats purchase.
I had to cancel my card, appeal all of the purchases that DID go through during those two weeks.
I tried numerous times to contact e4hats. Eventually I got through on the phone, but the person hung up on me.
TLDR: e4hats.com is NOT SECURE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I bought a hat in one color and then sent me one in a completely different color. They said it was the SAME HAT and that the color didn't mater.
Then they offered a partial $10 return. I grudgingly said yes--then the said "no, we're going to give you $6.99".
What kind of a scam company is this?? Buyer beware!
E4Hats Should Shut Down
I ordered a hat, which did not fit right. I returned the hat for an exchange.
E4hats claimed they received the return and sent the new order. However, the new order never arrived. When I emailed them they claimed they mailed through USPS, but the tracking number showed as in pre-shipment. E4hats put in a request to USPS, who of course claimed they never received it.
I spent $30 of my hard earned money only to have E4hats *** it away. E4hats should shut down due to horrible customer service. Thanks for nothing E4hats.
I will never shop there again, and I buy a lot of hats. To anyone reading this review, do not buy from this company as they will find a way to screw you.

Returned cheap hat and received .1 refund. Merchandise arrived ripped up and they charged me to return ship. Refused to return my $12.30
Never Again
I have a big head and Otto brand caps are about the only ones that fit me well. I was happy to find e4hats carried Otto.
I ordered 5 caps, they sent 4. I called to tell them about their mistake. I was told it would be checked and reprocessed. Not sure what that means but nothing happened.
Long story short, after 2 attempts by phone and 3 by email with no response, I called Visa and disputed the charge. The charge was refunded in 25 minutes after Visa got involved. Everyone makes mistakes but character is revealed by what is done after the mistake. I'll never buy from them again.
There are many honest businesses operating on line, e4hats just doesn't happen to be one of them. Thanks for reading.

Cheaply made hat from China
I recently purchased a Red Hat Fascinator from e4Hats.com. The hat is so cheaply made that the red band around the base of the hat was loose and barely attached with four dots of glue.
I have to buy some fabric glue and glue the band onto the hat myself. This hat is made in China and definitely not worth the twenty two dollars plus shipping that I paid.
The return policy that came with the hat was so restrictive that a return even for a replacement is not cost effective for the buyer. I will not make another purchase from this company again due to inferior products.

E4hats - Caps Review from Saint Matthews, Kentucky
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. No wonder they don't let you leave a review on their web site!
I called before I ordered to clarify that I wanted only unstructured ball caps. So I ordered 4 caps that were to be alike, just different colors. What I received was 3 of a kind and one that was definitely structured. The instructions on their site for measuring for a size must be totally off.
The caps literally came down over my husband's ears. They were huge! My husband requires a larger size, but these were entirely too big. I called to speak with someone and they could not speak English.
I finally spoke with someone who assured me that if the order was wrong, they would pay return shipping. The cost was $11.35 to mail with a tracking number, which their web site said was necessary. I got a refund of the money for the caps but no refund for a mixed up order that was their responsibility. I understand that isn't a great deal of money but it is the principle.
Now they won't even answer when I call.
They are not reputable. Save yourself a lot of hassle and use another company.
Dishonest rip-offs
I ordered 150.00 worth of hats on 10/13 /14. I did receive the hats on the 17th at my home, but was out of town.
When I tried them, decided to send most of them back, some for credit, some for a refund. They did receive the hats, and took off $80.00!!! for restocking fees and there was no reply at all about the 4 hats that I wanted to exchange them for. The sizing of their hats is ridiculous, hats are not all one size fits all!
They appear to be charging over 50% restocking fees. I was not aware of that, and would NOT EVER think of ordering from them again.

Their product are very cheap and the hats are very very small. No matter how big you get it.
According to the return policy they will keep your product and you will not get your money back. It states 100% restocking fee possible if you return the product and they will reverse the free shipping fee. Which means you will not get your money back, you will not get your product back, and they will also bill you the shipping fee they did not bill you originally since it was free. In math terms: You only spent $20 on item and shipping was free.
$20+0=$20 If you return item you are gomna spend $10 to send it back, they are gonna charge you $10 because you got free shipping before.
Your return will be $20-$20 -$10-$10= $20 more dollars billed to your credit card. Costing you $$40 and you have no product!
International shipping scam

They sell decent hats but do NOT buy if you are an international customer. They send you the package after you've paid the stated Postage and Packing. However, it is not delivered as they send it without paying sufficient excise duty/sales taxes. You then have to pay the tax yourself to get the hat (about 50% of its value) or get nothing as they refuse to refund your sale.
When trying to query this, you get a aleolithic approach to customer service - stay well clear.

E4hats Falsely Advertised!
e4hats' "British Country Gentleman Cap":
"I ordered this cap a few days ago and the fulfillment was relatively quick. It is advertised as a "100% linen" cap. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was obviously (probably from the moon) quite visibly NOT linen. A quick check of the tag inside of the hat by the seller, "e4hats.com", would have revealed that the contents were "65% POLYESTER and 35% COTTON". The photo on the website is actually of a linen fabric hat, but the hat I received really is, from a distance, a obvious cheap poly/cotton blend. The seller, e4hats.com, has to know this, if selling hats is their business, but is probably hoping that most people would either not know the difference, not care, or be too inconvenienced by having to go back to the shipping company to return the item. I expect to get a hollow apology stating, "We're sorry, our picker made a mistake..."; but the numbers match up, this was intentional! They're trying to dupe the customers, and they're disreputable merchants!!"
Here in this country we have laws about flagrantly false advertisement. We don't simply "make up" what ever we want in order to make a sale, at least not with impunity! I would never have ordered this garbage hat if it had been faithfully advertised, and as such, I should not have suffered any financial loss due to your unscrupulous product description in the advertisement.
E4hats-shoddy goods-refund scammers
After paying $23.00 each, I recieved 2 Dollar Store quality hats from e4hats.com
website offers refunds so I felt safe in ordering. One hat ripped in two as I went to wear it for the first time.
After seeing that the other hat was exactly the same cheap quality, I returned them both 2 days after recieving them and requested a refund of my almost $54.00!
e4hats.com responded with an e mail full of bogus excuses as to why I would get no refund. One of them being that the hats "were wore" yes, WORE. Not worn.
Their feedback has several of the same type complaints. I should have read it BEFORE ordering!
Shipping of Hats to Germany
The e4Hats Company which offer differnt hats in Internet absolutely insist that a packet with 2 requested hats were shipped by USPS to consignee in Germany, but the result of performed investigation shows that the items no one time were transfered from the e4Hats company to USPS. The consignee in Germany although received tracking number but the number is just elektonically notification by the shipper that he wiil next time something mail, this does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.
The e4Hats Company received money (total of $69.33)but not issues any product.
This is a fair swindle. I would like to heats-up other people to request something by this company
