Very bad service

My phone chip did not work, didn't get a replacement, and can't get my first month's money back. Not easy to email the company, and you get asked to call, which costs standard rate charges.

Preferred solution: Full refund

E2save one stop phoneshop 'I feel so let down'

AI Highlights
  • - One phone arrived as described; the other was used.
  • - They called it a 'clearence item' pre-used and charged admin £4.99 and £10 air time.

I purchased 2 mobile phones from e2save. One arrived exactly as discribed whilst the other clearly used.

After making an officail complaint to the company they wrote telling me basically the goods was a 'clearence item' so pre-used. Clearence don't mean 'second hand'. Be ware any potential buyers. They deducted £4.99 so called admin cost and deducted a further £10.00 air time, what ever that is and to top it all off I had to pay to send the rubbish back to them!

I feel totally 'mis-lead' so learn by my mistake.

Be very wary!
