I ordered a dress from e global

It took 4 weeks to arrive from sydney to Victoria. The chiffon on the dress is not even hemmed and the edges aren't even cut straight. The seams are all puckered down the side seams. It also different than in the photo on their web site. It is so poorly made it is impossible to wear it . I spent $150 for this dress for my daughters deb now which is 4 days away now i have to find something else and spend more money. Never ever buy from this company. It is poor quality clothing from china . I have emailed the company but have had no reply either.

Lied about dress.

i ordered a dress from here for my 18th party. ordered it in plenty of time as it said it was going to take a good month to deliver. i then used their 'live chat' to speak to someone to say i needed it by the 25th of January 2013. they said no worries we will make sure its with you. by the time it got to the 27th of January, i still had no dress, i then used their 'live chat' once again thinking that it was my mistake or something very minor, i said to them how i had not yet received my dress. they explained it was their wrong doing, and was only now being shipped. so me falling for their *** act i believed this, and they said that it would be with me within the next 2 days. 2 days later still no dress. this was on a Wednesday, and i really needed the dress for my party on The sat. once again i emailed them, and fell for their lies where they told me they contacted the shipping department and said it will be shipped out tomorrow, on a fast delivery service which they will pay for, and will be with me for Saturday. again i fell for their lies, didn't think about going to but another dress just in case. Saturday came, and once again no dress. so in the time i should of been enjoying my birthday i was out shopping for a dress because of something that was not my fault. luckily i found a dress! besides all this i sent them an email explaining i no longer need a dress, and would like to be refunded FULLY because of there mistake. no reply. so i used their 'live chat' where they actually appolgized and said we will make sure the dress will be with you by Monday. i said its no good as my party had been and gone. they would not understand this, so i gave up. im still currently waiting 2 weeks on for either a full refund or my dress to be delivered, neither of which is happening as of yet. i will be taking this up with much higher people if nothing is resolved. im just writing this to inform everyone not to fall for the stupidness from them like i did.
