I need to return my husbands contacts we ordered the wrong ones we spent almost $50 and I would like my refund back he did only open 1 contact per box

E contacts is a scam
I ordered contacts from this company. After 2 weeks they hadnt arrived. i called the phone number. No answer. I emailed and they told me they were out of stock but would be getting them in later in the week. I asked tohVe my credit card refunded and they said they would. Never saw the money. They also gave me another number to call. That number was a company who did fulfilment onl.ly. They had no ideas who the product was going. This is a wackado company dont use them.

Order 243**** is not our order number so we have no idea who this is. USPS tracking doesn't update immediately but everyone always gets their contacts, they are sent insured and replaced if they do not. Give us the correct order and we'll provide tracking to prove they were delivered.
