E Cigarette Depot

I bought the item for the advertised price of £4.99 I then checked my bank and £73 had been taken out .they then sent me two more refil packs which I didn't order, and took £53. How do I stop the payments as my bank can't.

The phone number I have for them does not exist strangely enough. It's a complete ***.How can I stop the payments from a company that you can not contact.

My bank were no use at all so they will continue to take money every month. We must try and stop them ripping people off!!!!

sent for sample and paid £4.95 AS REQUESTED NOW FIND THEY HAVE TAKEN another £73.98 from my account in less than 15 days. These are *** artists do not deal with them.

bank fraud team now investigating.

They state some where in the very very unable to see small print 30 days to cancel there was only 15 days between first trial pack payment and second unauthorised payment and no other goods received. I hope more people will check out there comments before ordering and the company gets done for fraud by trading standards in this country at least.*******

In January we bought a sample e cigarette from this company: £6.95. We paid with a Mastercard.

We were very careful not to sign up for the "Refill Membership programme" thinking that a sample is what it says it is. Try before your buy. Our Credit card has since been debited with nearly £200.00 - Our card issuer says that according to E Cigarette.com we signed up for the refill programme. You just try proving you did not!

Apparently if you pay with Mastercard you automatically enter into their Terms and Conditions so BEWARE. THis Company are clearly sailing cose to the wind.

I ordered a sample E.Cigarette from E. Cigarette.com for £6.99 as present for our son who was trying to give up smoking.

I did not sing up for any further purchases. I Then saw that they were helping themselves to money form our credit card account. We have now stopped the payments as we are protected by our Card issuer. This company is simply a fraud.

We are in the UK and to contact them in the USA on a premium line is not an option & finding an e-mail address for their complaints department is impossible. We note that we are not the only pissed off consumers in the UK.

This company is clearly a ***.

I wanted to give up smoking and save some money, seemed a good idea. I found this site online and it seemed to offer a good service. However this is not the case it is just a *** and has become a nightmare to try and sort out. I never signed an agreement, or gave any right for them to set up a monthly direct debit, but this has not stopped them.

I have been charged for a trail i never even signed up for. If you put in any details to this company they then charge you a unwanted monthly subscription. HUGE ***

Do not be Tempted to use them

A pop-up ad for the product with a trial price seemed a good opportunity to have another go at giving up. I agreed to no further products from this company.Now, they have debited my account the sum of £76.00I have received no notification and was never consulted about any further payment.

THAT'S FRAUD.

And quite frankly, I am well pissed off with the fact that people like this can just help themselves to other people's money. Thamk you for takng the time to read this, I hope that others may learn from my own experience and not make the same errors of judgement.

This company falsely advertises a free trial offer. BUYER BEWARE - they scam you into a $100 purchase AND and monthly a $79.99 subscription. Once you realize you have have been charged, they will not credit you. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

When I explained to the customer service representation I was sending this to a friend to try, he was of no help. They are not interested in keeping you satisfied, they just want your money.

The terms and conditions explaining this are clearly well hidden. Once my card was charged I found this on their website. Not easy to be found.
