Recurring charge can’t get cancelled.

I have lost the account information. Therefore, I have no ID or password to give you.
However, it is being charged to my Discover card ending in 5149. The amount of the charge is $3.95 a month.
Please get this acknowledged and canceled, or I guess I will ask the credit card company to block it. Maybe Echords will get the message.

Verified ReviewerI am no longer a working musician and tried to cancel my subscription. I did not sign up through Paypal. Just my debit card. I'm finding it nearly impossible to get this through to the "help" desk.

The billing went through my bank today, even though I had told them I wanted to cancel my subscription. They kept telling me I had to do it through Paypal, but that isn't how I pay them.
I used my debit card. Getting to talk to a real person seems impossible. I am getting very angry due to the lack of support. I used their services for several years and had no problems cancelling once before.
What the heck! Does anyone have a phone number that actually works to call them?

I sent them more than a dozen emails, telling them to cancel my premium subscription. However, they gave me the run around every time, telling me to email them back the day of, which was absolute nonsense.
They still charged my account for another month!
They are nothing but thieves and crooks. Absolutely do not do business with this trash company.
