Resolved: No show engineer
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Lovely guy rang out of the blue to say he was 11 mins away, did a great job.
After I explained what had happened or lack of anything happening then being snubbed today he said the guy yesterday refused to come to Selby from Barnsley and QUIT!! What a lousy firm Dyno.
Blocked toilet since thurs, phoned Dyno as no available appointments til July online, booked in for 9/5/22, 3 phone calls later, online chats etc reassuring me *** ring or text NOTHING! Rang & online this morning to see if hes coming today at all was hung up on and ignored, shocking service and Ive done NOTHING WRONG!!
My son is having an operation today and will be in considerable pain having to go up stairs. Thanks DYNO SELBY youre rubbish.
