Opinionworld changed cashout procedure no prior notices and then refuse rewards

OpinionWorld is owned by Dynata. I have done surveys many times and cashed out to PayPal several times.

The last time I went to cash out, without prior notification, they now want a picture ID to get my rewards. I am not comfortable exposing all that info. They said weeks ago they would send me a $10 MasterCard, but it would close my account. I told them fine, send the card.

They never did, after repeatedly saying it would be here in a week.

There is law and CFR that prevents this, and they violated every one of them. Then I was told it was assigned to an agent, the agent that never got a hold of me or sent my rewards.

So, what you have done without my consent was wrong within itself along with calling me the wrong name, because Karla is a female name, and I am not female.

If I had the chance, I could have called the cops on you and I would have taken your company to court, but it would have been wise to seek council first before doing so.

It is best to follow the steps on reporting by first contacting a lawyer to review my case.
