Verified ReviewerWorst Customer Service ever!
I bought some clothes online a few weeks ago and I want to return 4 of them as I really didn't like the quality, and they do not fit me. I went to the store and a very rude manager told me that I cannot return or exchange my clothes, so I called customer service and a man (not polite at all) said the same thing - He did not let me finish any of my sentences before he started speaking.
I understand that I can't return final sale but I'm not trying to get my money back - I am trying to exchange for a store credit that I will use at the same store and even spend more money because we all know we all end up spending more money than the credit. Other stores in Canada give store credit and make their customers happy, so I really don't understand why Dynamite is making me keep clothes that do not fit me as the brand can still sell the clothes to someone else that will be happy with them.
I really would like this brand to reconsider and give me a store credit. This used to be my favorite store but after this nightmare, it's becoming the worst.

Do not buy from this company
I ordered clothing from them which I have numerous times. I have yet to receive them.
Ive emailed 4 times.
Called 3 times and on my fourth call which Ive been on hold for 30 min. No one has gotten back to me and I just want my items or a refund.

Awful products
I bought these two shirts about 2 weeks ago online and have been struggling to get dynamite's customer service to give me a free shipping label to ship it back. The way the shirts are presented in the pictures on the website are inaccurate in comparison to what I received.
This shirts on the website do not look see through at all, but in reality they are very see through (even with a nude bra). The website is presenting the shirts in ways to make it look better than they are. And as an online shopper who does not have the luxury to see the item in person, I do not appreciate this at all. If the shirts are actually see through, I don't think this should be hidden from online shoppers just so the company can profit.
I don't think I should be penalized for this by paying to ship these items back out of my own pocket (awful online return policy! Its going to cost me about $16 to ship back).
Seriously, go look up "willow blouse" and "pop-over shirt with buttons" in white and compare how my pictures look to the ones on the website. You would definitely be unhappy to receive these too.

Terrible customer service
One of my shirts that i bought from the company turned purple and I wore it for less than a year. I contacted quality about it and they said its from wear and tear.
I have shirts for years that never did this, even from dynamite.
Disgusting and waste of money. The quality on dynamite products is just *** now - everything is see through, thin material, feels like urban planet.

Tracking number of my order
I haven’t received an email confirming my order and no tracking number of the order I placed on the 30th of August.

Ridiculous return shipping price
I ordered shorts that didn’t fit and needed to return them. They didn’t cover the cost of return shipping which was $12, which was half as much as the shorts.
RIDICULOUS.
I’ve never had a company not cover the return cost of shipping. Terrible customer service.
Clothing Quality
I use be a regular dynamite customer, but not anymore. The quality is terrible now, style is a little off and nothing fits properly like before.
FAILED TO DELIVER AND REFUND MY MONEY
I had ordered four items from Dynamite App online and the website showed it as delivered. However, the package was never delivered.
When I called DYNAMITE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they told me they will try to help. The next day (1/29/2019) I got a call and they said sorry we cannot help you because the address was right but the postal code was wrong so we cannot help you or refund or anything. You will have to speak with your bank. They basically said they cant do anything.
I feel this is very unfair, as the clothes cost me around $100 and now this was all wasted. The customer service woman was yelling at me over the phone.

Awful
I never received a package I ordered. I sent out two emails, no response as of yet.
I called and waited for over half an hour and no one picked up. I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering from the company.
If I had, I would never have purchased from them. If you think about buying anything off their website, don’t .
Online order
I ordered online yesterday 12.9.18 and then I got a 40%. I want to use it. Help ASAP.
Absolutely terrible customer service
I placed an online order 2 weeks ago. It came without a receipt.
There was one item I wanted to return and as the website states any return can be done in store for a full refund with the receipt. Well I called customer service and was told with the Ticket No. from the conversation I could take the item to a store for a full refund. Customer service could not provide me with my receipt.
Next day head to the store where I am told no refund.
So I call again and speak to the same individual who tells me now that I cannot get a refund, I can do an exchange only since I don't have a receipt, that Dynamite never gave me in the first place and now won't provide me with a copy!! So frustrating!
Unfair Return Policy
The King of Prussia store refused to refund my purchase, even though I had a receipt and my items were ticketed! I have never in my life experienced such disrespect in a place where I've spent my money.
In fact, they told me the best they could do was to give me the what the dress I bought is worth now. I bought it at $50. It is now $24, which means I would lost $25 and they would keep my other $25 and then resell the dress!
That's insane. I will never shop in this store again and I encourage others to do the same.
Rude sales associates
I went into this store in King of Prussia Mall to return something I had bought. The sales associates were so friendly to the person ahead of me in line at the register, but when I said I had a return they barely spoke a word to me.
This is my second interaction with the sales associates in this store and I can definitely say I won't be going into that store again just to avoid the rudeness.
The manager there needs to learn how to be nicer to the customers. I have worked in retail before and how rude and snobby they are is not acceptable.

Get a copy of whatever financial instrument you used to pay them.
Cancelled check, PayPal statement, Money Order, whatever.
Use it for the basis of beginning a paper trail which you will need regardless of whatever steps you take to obtain a refund.
No more calls, e-mails, or visits to stores.
Correspond directly with the highest rung of the ladder you can find.
Use Certified Mail return receipt requested , always. Keep copies of all correspondence and their datestamped envelopes.
But - you didn't tell me how much you spent so the question becomes - "is it really worth my time, effort, and aggravation" some of which you've already experienced.
For $20 , I'd forget it. For $2,000 , I'd pursue it.
