Verified ReviewerTried to defraud me
1. They called me and when I asked where they got my number, the caller got arrogant with me, and stated that since I was an ONCOR customer, they had the right to call me!
WRONG They Violated DoNotCall.gov, and blatantly lied about it.
2. Caller claimed they were working with ONCOR to help take the load off of the grid, and they wanted to assess my home to see where it was not energy efficient. Caller also stated "They were not selling anything"
3. I agreed to the assessment because I do everything that I can to make my home energy efficient, especially with the rising costs.
The employee they sent, looked at the attic, and said it needed more insulation. I knew this was accurate. He asked about the water heater and A/C. Told him both have been replaced.
He looked at the Master Electric Panel, and the windows.
4. THEN this guy sprung that with the rising costs of electricity, I should go with Solar. He showed me stats, and also showed they have a good BBB Rating. I found out later that the BBB Rating is not necessarily a reflection of the complaints.
He said that most of the complaints were resolved.
5. I agreed to do the solar because there was no money down, and my monthly payments will be about the same that I pay with my electric bill. After the guy left, I started going over the contract, which they ONLY provide via Email/PDF. By the time I paid off the panels, and the accrued interest, the system would have cost me nearly $60,000.00!
The original was $33,000.00.
6. I went to the BBB site and saw all of the horror stories from the last year. The guy who came in to my home, blatantly lied to me about the complaints. They go back a year!

Dynamic called me and wanted to continue with the install, and I told them I already sent a cancellation because of all the complaints. I also told her that I contacted ONCOR to ask about Dynamic SLR, and they have never heard of them. The caller said, "We changed our name a few months ago." ANOTHER lie!
I am SO thankful that I cancelled. They are using blatant lies to call people.
They are also going door to door. I almost got SCAMMED, and I am glad that I ended the contract within the 72 Business Hours.
They wouldn't know the truth if it bit them in the hiney! RUN FROM THEM!
