AVOID

Hidden fees. I was told that I would only be charged and initiation fee &;;;;;;;;; my monthly membership fee but then get charged the initiation fee twice. When I spoke with the GM, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and tried to show me that they didn't charge me twice. Then when I showed my bank statement, they already had some contract pulled up to show me where that fee was hidden, which was never disclosed to me before then. "It is a fee that is charged to everyone once a year." Yeah right. I bet that "fee" is intentionally the same amount as the initiation fee to be easily over looked and not asked about. Lastly, all the machines are broken and doesn't seem to be addressed since I've joined. Avoid this place.

Cheap

Cheap. Don't mean the membership because comparing notes with members of gyms, this gym costs more for the same basic amenities. Owner puts plenty of money into marketing his business(has a "tv Channel" which is on some monitors and pipes the audio over the speaker system). However when it comes to air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi , the facility is definitely lacking. Don't go here for spin class. There is a very nice classroom but it's too hot in the classroom. Management's solution to the ventilation problem is to leave the door open rather than address properly ventilating the room. Don't go here if you don't want to go to spin class. When the Wi-Fi isn't working, which has been frequently lately, you get to hear the spin class teacher yell out her instructions blow by blow, all the while competing with the Dynamic "tv" music which is playing over the speaker system. The staff is happy to take complaints but no action is taken to resolve/address issues.

No refund

My Wife and I have been members for about two years. We pay aprox 19.00 a month and then with taxes etc it comes to aprox 22.00 a month per person. We were told about a special promotion where we can add our son for 10.00 more a month, so we did that. When we got our bill now for the second month they charged aprox 34.00 a month ( I don't have the bill in front of me so this figure is off by pennies)..So I told them to lower the bill and refund. They lowered it but won't refund the overcharges. I hung on the phone for an dour until my battery died. I have been Promised I will get my refund 3 times at the gym too. These people are scammers, they said I misunderstood the promotion!! SERIOUSLY!! How could that be? How is it a "promotion"(good deal) to pay more than we already do to add a member of your family???

Abc Dynamic Fitness Membership Review

My wife signed us both for the plan. The sales person they just told her to sign for "payment authorization" and plugged that same signature for the contract without showing it. Even when we switched credit card I payed and signed once for the monthly payment . I never signed for a contract. This is fraud. Dynamic Fitness Pearland Texas
