This company has very poor customer service in addition to unbelievably bad telephone manners. They don't even know when asked when their next class starts. Wants the customer to go to the website and figure it out. No need to have a phone number if you can't answer basic questions about your business. States "I think" and "I'm pretty sure" when asked. The business owner should know their business and their schedule. The customer isn't calling to hear "I think" and "I'm pretty sure." It's not up to the customer to "figure it out."
