- - Parcel was picked up but not delivered; money was wasted.
- - Communication was poor; they misled about delivery and customs.

this courier service took parcel from me and told me that it will get deliver to the destination but the parcel reached half and my courier money was waste. this peoples fraud and cheat the clients and also their communication with client is worst...first they said it will courier and and then when it gone in customs they said we cant do anything your money and parcel lost.
even knowing that the content will get removed from the customs they didn't informed.
pathetic service and pl don't ever use this service. Also they don't listen you when you complaint...can reach
