It took numerous phone calls to Dynamex and Ikea to try to straighten things out. They were never going to try to redeliver. Customer service promises the driver will call before they deliver or will follow up on missing packages and call back and they never do. It is the worst delivery service and it is very unfortunate that Amazon uses them for Prime deliveries. They are doing a disservice to their prime customer base by using this company! In Texas, Ikea outsources their deliveries to Dynamex. A day before the scheduled delivery, Dynamex called me and gave me a 4 our delivery window (8 to noon). They failed to show up.
