Ordered DX3 in 2020 and it delivered approximately August. Drove off the lot and after a few miles realized the fireplace wasn't installed properly, brakes were leaking and there were no running lights.
This was the beginning of three years of constant issues, leading to months and months and months of local repair until finally Danielle asked to send it back to the factory, so they could fix it before I invoked the lemon law. (Which is more than qualified for)
Not only did they not fix all the issues, they caused more damage by their sloppy work. Had to give it back to local repair to fix the damage they caused. There is too much to go into, but to sum up years of dealing with Danielle in service
1.
Does not respond until badgered. (Been waiting over three weeks since last communication)
2. Seems like she doesn't read or pay enough attention to detailed emails attempting to define issues. I have to repeat over and over
3.
It took her two years, and many local service hours, to discover that the rear slide was supposed to look like that.
Up to now, they have paid for most of the problems under warranty. However, there is one major issue with temp sensor error that has been ongoing that they claimed to fix but did not. The service department was too arrogant to accept what I've been telling them for years, and just brushed my information off while claiming to have repaired the problem. NOPE!
We've owned the coach for three years and have taken one family trip.
I have not had it working properly for one minute since driving it off the lot.
We all realize there is no perfect RV. There are inherent issues. However, this is the epitome of a Covid Coach, and it's been like pulling teeth to work with Danielle and the service department at Dynamax.
I'm not a complainer, and we love the coach. We just want it to function in the way it was intended, within reason.
I've been rving for 30 years, this is my 3rd Dynamax and this is by far the worst we've experienced.
Although we are disappointed in the coach and wish there weren't so many problems, I am more disappointed in the lack of prompt, professional response and really disappointed in the terrible results from the service department as a whole.
That company needs better management, some kind of rethink on their attitude towards inspecting the units before delivery (seemingly no inspection) and better customer service.
Including, but not limited to, Greg who, apparently, lied when he told me they did test my unit in the cold (outside the repair bay) in order to test the temp sensor issue. Of course, as soon as it got cold again, the problem remains.
Anyway, that's my two cents. They've worn me down and lost me as a future customer.
Sad..
- Nice coach mostly good components
- Does not work as promised poor workmanship

Roof cracked the from the front to the ac unit and a crack in the back of the roof to the vent. The front crack is about 5’ long and the rear crack is about a foot long. Has anyone experienced this?
Dont know what happened to cause this problem. The rv has about 6,000 miles on the 2022 Isata3 and hasnt been overused.
The only event that is suspect is while leaving a campsite it went down a depression and the rv rocked side to side violently. There is also a crack in the shower wall.
Ive never stood on the roof or had maintenance performed that might have caused the damage. Im at a loss.
2023 Dynamax Europa 31SS Safety Issues
We purchased a brand new Dynamax Europa 31SS on May 20, 2023 for $382k CDN from Woodys RV World. We drove it onto the highway and it was pulling and dog tracking to the right and the steering was very loose with the rod clunking inside the column.
On a straight, flat highway with no wind the RV suddenly veered sharply to the right towards the ditch while the wheel was straight. Steering inputs to the left to counter the tracking towards the ditch were loose and then resulted in a swaying and near loss of control that likely would have resulted in a serious if not fatal rollover. Ive been an officer with Highway Patrol for 16 years and a level 2 collision investigator and have seen the results of mechanical failure rollovers.
I slowed our travel to 80kph and limped the brand new RV home. A friend who is a journeyman heavy duty mechanic inspected and test drove it.
In less than a minute he identified major rear axle issues and steering irregularities. See photos of rear axles. I contacted the GM of Woodys RV World and he said the loss of control was driver perception and that the rear axles slipping backward and being twisted was intentional design by Dynamax to accommodate air ride suspension. Dynamax customer service failed to even respond to my complaint.
The RV is now at a specialist shop at my own expense and getting a full inspection.
They immediately identified rear axle issues and deemed the RV unsafe to drive and said I was lucky I want killed. Ive reported the safety defects to the Canadian and US regulators and it is under investigation.
It is one thing to have leaks and cosmetic or internal defects (which this RV also has), but delivering a brand new $400,000.00 motorhome with major mechanical safety issues is inexcusable and borderline criminal (negligence). But for Woodys RV to respond with denial and an adversarial approach is highly disappointing and unprofessional. Albeit typical in the current RV market.
Had I not gained control, this RV could have also easily injured or killed other innocent motorists on the highway. We are now suing and havent even owned the motorhome for a week.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID BUYING A FOREST RIVER / DYNAMAX RV AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WOODYS RV WORLD.
User's recommendation: Avoid Dynamax and Woody’s RV World
Cab separating from cap
I called To get ahold of the Texas Rep. After about a dozen calls and half as many messages she finally called me back.
Wanted pictures, I sent them and have heard nothing since. With the weather and the severity of my problem, I would have thought they had better customer service.
Nope. Thought wrong.
User's recommendation: I have no idea. Don’t call needing help.
Stay away from this junk
Isata 4 2019 Now been back at dealership for 5 months out of the 9 that I have owned it. Nobody, except the original dealer will touch it for warranty repairs.
Multiple issues Inverter, leveling system etc but worst of all the aircon is hopeless. I will need to upgrade or add a second unit.
What a joke. Dont touch it with a barge pole.
I have a 2019 DX3 and have been very disappointed with the quality control from the manufacturer. My coach has been at dealership for 4 months of the first 7 months I have owned the coach.
no major infrastructure issues. have had many.
smaller issues that. have taken months of effort and time to try and resolve.

Poor parts availability and customer service
In early July 2018 we were the victims of a hit and run accident. Framing and bays from left rear wheel housing and rear end cap destroyed.
Contacted FR several times over what has now been 9 month repair process. FR no longer manufactures the bay framing so had to be fabricated by our collision repair shop. It took a full 6 months to get the rear wheel housing and 3 bay doors. At month 7 FR shipped an end cap, to the wrong rv collision repair shop in our state.
The end cap arrived at our collision repair shop 1 month later. IT WAS THE WRONG END CAP FOR OUR 2015 DX3! More excuses from FR. I contacted FR management and dictated to them what I expected them to do.
I also contacted the BBB and the consumer protection division of our State Attorney General's office.
Promptly received an email from FR that the correct end cap would be delivered to our rv collision repair shop in 5 to 6 weeks. I will not recommend a FR product to anyone!
Forest River/Dynamax Poor workmanship and quality control
Our first motorhome purchase was a 2015 Dynamax DX3 with bunkhouse. The coach was falling apart!
These issues became apparent after the first excursion. The dealership was not able to address. After an attempt to repair by manufacturer and an attempt to repair by a respected and reputable body repair company in Tyler, TX., the body crack under the bunkhouse slide returned. There is, most likely, structural issues.
The front and rear caps were separating. The cargo doors never aligned and leaked profusely. The bunkhouse slide burned motors and blew fuses routinely. The manufacturer refused to take responsibility and warranty the issues.
After many inspections by persons hired by Forest River and after the expense of hiring a consumer lawyer, going through the stress of mediation, Forest River decided to make a settlement. This process took three-years. A dealership in East Texas has made attempts to sell the motorhome.
Buyer beware! The structural damage is obvious and usually not disclosed.
- Losing travel time and usage due to damage and possible leaks
- Manufacturer took three months to pretend to make repairs
- Warranty is useless
Dynamax - Rv Review
Half million dollar RV the worst in the world? Granite counter tops in a slide out.
Too much weight? Not enough wood put on the roof. Rubber roof leaks. And that enough Clear put on the slides OR the units.
If you would to Buy a unit. I would suggest to take it to a paint shop and have them put a mill reader on it.
Just beware before you Buy one of these units. Badly built

I was the third owner of a 2016 DX3. I bought the unit in 2017 . I should have known better that there was something wrong here before I bought it.
