False Reason of Order Cancellation & Incomplete Refund

Hi The Website is https://www.dynadot.com First of all dynadot cancelled my order for false reason the domain is still available at their platform & now i've received the incomplete refund amount dynadot charged me PKR 42,018 & today i've recieved the refund amount of PKR 38,485 to be honest this isn't right, i want my full refund amount pay me more PKR 3,533, For the proof i've all the screenshots of my bank alerts.
