Verified Reviewer |Dylon Dye Pod (grey) ruined my clothes, cannot complain on Dylon.uk home page.
- - Dye powder spills on wet clothes when the machine starts without water, leaving dyed spots.
- - The spots remain after the cycle and ruin clothes.
Just do not buy this product until you are sure that the concerns of terribly spotted and uneven dyeing has been addressed and proven solved. Nobody in Dylon seems to care one way or another!
When you remove the clothes after the dyeing cycle, these strongly dyed spots and splotches remain and effectively ruin the clothes (the remainder of the dyed material looks OK, though, but the clothes are effectively ruined). Cannot complain on Dylon homepage because I am in Malaysia.
- Well-known brand
- Very easy process
- Dye is permanent no going back
- Ruins clothes

Verified ReviewerI hate the management of this company
- - Spent four hours driving to five shops in three towns for sandy beige Dylon dye; shelves were depleted and The Range's display was 85% empty.
Today I wasted four hours driving 30 miles to five different shops in three different towns trying to get a sachet of sandy beige Dylon dye: The Range, Hobbycraft, Morris Micah, a haberdasher, Robert Dyas. In each case, the display was depleted to less than half, with popular colours gone completely.
In The Range, there was a purpose-made five-foot-high module that was literally 85% empty. When I asked if they had any in the storeroom, they said no; it was completely stocked by the company themselves.
What the *** is wrong with the sales and marketing people at this company? They are absolutely pathetic.
- Diabolical stock control
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Use a different company.

Good for you! You discovered the secret twelve-step plan to destroy the world.
Step 1: Take control and limit that very essential need of fabric dye.
I hope you don’t try to purchase decorative lawn flamingos or old school avocado green kitchen appliances anytime soon. They are next on the list.
