DYLN failed to ship out replacement filters. You have to use their filters for their water bottles. Ok.

Didn’t Receive Diffusers

You are not an honest company and provide no customer service. Please refund my money and let me know when you have done this.

If I dont hear from you in the next 48 hours, I intend to take further action. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I never received a refund or exchange for my product I sent back that was the wrong size
