Didn’t Receive Diffusers

I have left multiple phone messages and emails telling you that you charged me $64.81 on 11/25/22 and did not send me the merchandise. I never had the pleasure of a response from you; this is unethical! You are not an honest company and provide no customer service. Please refund my money and let me know when you have done this. If I dont hear from you in the next 48 hours, I intend to take further action. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I never received a refund or exchange for my product I sent back that was the wrong size

I still haven't heard anything back from anyone in the company. I returned a product for an exchange and haven't received any replacement. So I'm out of the money I paid for the product. There has been no communication whatsoever since I reached out about the wrong size
