Le produit Photolab 9 est très bon (version d'essai)

Mais... un message est envoyé au service commercial le 22 novembre.

Toujours aucune réponse le 25 novembre.

En tant que professionnel, c'est plutôt ennuyant.

Sans réponse, je ne peux acheter le produit.

Le temps passe et le travail s'accumule..

je vais peut-être devoir passer chez un concurrent pour résorber le retard. :(

DxO - Purchase Nik Software and a couple of updates but now it will not activate

Purchase Nik several times over the years, twice since acquired by DXO but now my software will not activate on my new laptop saying I have installed more than 3 times. I contacted support who wanted all kind of info, and despite them already having most of it as I purchased from them, I supplied my serial/activation number, names off past computers/installs prier to BSOD crashes requiring reinstalls, but each time support came back asking for more info, what version of Windows 11 Pro was running on previous installations!

No mater what info I gave they asked for something else for days then stopped responding.

Leaving me with software I can activate or use and feel robbed. They have seen the last of my money and I would advise people to stay well clear of these people!

Good product, not so good customer service

Getting help, when a new software update slows the editing process, seems imposslble. The help form is lengthy and you have to fill it in every time regardless the problem you are having.

I finally got a form answer that pointed to my computer rather than the update problem.

LAME. I wrote again and didn't hear back.
