Cheap clothes
I got a pair of pants for Christmas and I've returned them 3 different times now. After 1 day of wearing them the zipper keeps falling off.
The customer service was excellent and they were very willing to exchange them for another pair but for someone like me who's has to buy my clothes at particular places due to my size it's extremely frustrating to have such poor quality of clothes for the ridiculous prices to have to constantly return them.
I will no longer be buying any products form this establishment and shop on line with the rest of the sheep. To bad too because their clothes do look good until they are wore and not woth the time to keep going back to get new things

Went to store at 10am 6/16/22
Hello I'm a little frustrated, for some reason the store in Santa Rosa Ca is closed from Thursday the 6/16/22 - 6/19/22
When I went on to the store website there was nothing on it to let me know they would be closed I called multiple times and no message letting me know. So I drove down there from Cloverdale CA to purchase multiple items and found a hand written nite on the door saying that due to holiday the store will be closed.
I had no idea that father's day was considered a holiday. I'm sry but fathers day isn't a weekend holiday it is a day. So I hope you guys are able to fix this issue in the future.

2nd pair of jeans ruined!!
My name is Spencer White, and I wanted to let the company know, that I have received 2 pairs of Levi jeans from the Cool Springs, TN store within the last 6 months. and in less that 6 months both pairs have torn in the thigh/crotch; making it to where I am unable to wear them in public.
I spent $60+ on these jeans, and am very upset at how terribly they have held up. They are not used as "work jeans" in that, I do not work a job that would be hard on the jeans. I am a Pastor, and work in my office most of the time. They also are not tight fitting jeans by any stretch of the imagination.
They also are not the only pair of jeans that I own, so there really is no reason that these jeans should have torn at all. I usually love the clothes I buy from DXL, but I definitely will not be buying any jeans from DXL any time in the future.
