Unhappy with a purchase of an almost deck..
I recently bought a almost "fall off logo" deck at the Zumiez in Chico CA. I had the deck maybe a week or two and the layers started to peel apart and was getting pressure cracks on the nose and tail.
Haven't barley skated the board when this started. I skate almost brand because I like the quality and feel of the boards. I contacted Zumiez here in Chico about the malfunctioning deck and they would not or could not help me with my return/issue.. They told me to contact the distributor, so after searching for the distributor I found u guys.
Hoping for a refund or somehow being compensated for my loss of the deck and the money I spent on it and the hrs of frustration this is causing me. I really don't know what can be done at this point, I doubt I have the receipt any more but I still have the deck. I would appreciate a phone call at least at ur earliest convenience plz.
