Absolutely horrendous customer service.
- - Floor sample not shipped after 2 weeks.
- - Staff were on vacation and no one helped.
- - Only 1044 is available, not on site.
- - Anthony was the only helpful person.
Called two weeks ago to order a sample of a floor. Was told it would go out to me, after two weeks and no sample I called back 2 times on Wednesday and never was told the person who helped me was on vacation, but I left a message on her line.
Called Friday 2 times and finally was told she was on vacation, so I asked - doesn't anyone help each other and maybe could help me.
Finally, the "sales manager" checked and said - oh we don't have that floor the only one we have 1044 - by the way isn't even on the web site. I also called Anthony, and to tell the truth he was the only person at DWF Floors that was helpful.
