How can I get my refund
I ordered a glass desk Order number 255****. My name is Bonita Maureen Waldman and my address is 45 Booth Square Cheadle ,SK8 2GP.
The delivery was yesterday. Two men brought the item which was poorly and flimsily packed. I was previously told the item would be taken to the room of my choice The men said that it was very heavy, badly packed and that it could break, cause damage to my home on the way up to the room( the room was upstairs in my house) or could cause injury to them . They asked me to sign a disclaimer I did not sign it as I did not want the men to be injured or the item to be damaged.
I sent the item back on the van and the men told me that they would report what happened which they did but could not get through to Dwell. Please could you advise when I will get my refund,
