Candle burned through placemat and TABLE!
I used matches to ignite what was left of my mother's day gift/candle..2 wicks init..lit 1 side other wouldn't, so last match I strike and lit the book if matches NO MATCHES WERE LEFT except one in my hand...dropped it in and it stood lit for 1hr til I put out..I lifted jar after another hour it stuck to placing through to TABLE !! HOPE I CAN SEND PROOF

I thought I saw a diffuser with oat flower oil. If you have information on where I can order that sent in either an essential or in a diffuser, please let me know.

haven heard from them
The wicks are too short. It's very difficult to light them.
I love the scent though! Other candles are ok, but some are hard to light.

Horrible non responsive customer service
Tried numerous times to get help. I'll never buy another candle.
Filled out forms and no response. I have a defective product.
