I had an issue with my DW9000 single pedal. After calling customer service they agreed to ship the pedal back to DW to fix the issue with the mounting clamp. The representative was knowledgeable, helpful, cared about getting the issue resolved and has a best demeanor of anyone I've ever dealt with when trying to repair/replace Musica gear.
