Unable to authorize and activate DVD Fab to copy disk, a service that i paid for
Hello my name is Ken Wade from Tweed Heads NSW Australia, Post Code 2485. I had DVDFab 12 (i think) about a year ago, but i accidently let it run out, so here i am again.
However a week ago i paid $43 for DVDFab Copy Disk, and have been unable to contact anybody regarding when and how i can i can activate it.
However today i managed to contact a lady called Mona, but after 3 contacts she suddenly vanished on me. I am an old frail man of 87 years old with no technical knowledge, so can someone help me and and walk me through the process of activating DVDFab Copy Disk. How do i install your Icon on my computer screen?

Hello Sir, I have purchased the software DVDFab All-In-One on date 22-07-2024 and purchased UniFab Converter on date 23-07-2024. My order ID for DVDFab All-In-One is pi_3PfMm5KvRhhgGa2I1BCL7Yg3, and for UniFab Video Converter Pro, it's pi_3PfaJqLZe6kY5pIj1vzhL20t.
I submitted the issues regarding the software from the beginning of the purchase. The trim function under DVDFab Ripper and the trim function under UniFab Converter are not working properly. I have sent all the details regarding the issues to the support team of the company. My ticket number names are DVDFab Ripper and UniFab Converter (Regarding trim function issues).
Until today, I haven't received any solution regarding the software issues, and now the support team has stopped responding to my questions.
I don't understand how this well-known company can behave like this. I feel like it's a fraud.

Verified ReviewerContinuous annoying pop-up ads on my computer screen about which they refuse to answer my emails or remove after I email them my complaint.
This company does not acknowledge or otherwise attempt to answer my multiple emailed complaints regarding their insistent and continuously annoying pop-up ads that appear on my computer screen several times per day IN ADDITION to their emails to me informing of their new, updated, and/or upgraded products. If I want or need something new, I know how to go after it, but what they do is egregiously outlandish, and I want it to stop. They are only motivating me to never buy anything from them ever again.
Preferred solution: Remove your pop-up ads from my computer permanently
User's recommendation: Steer clear if you don't like pop-up ads several times per day.
