I feel duped and robbed

we are so disappointed about the unfair customer service and treatment we have received from DV247. about 2 years ago, we bought a kurzweil Keyboard for our church, We started having problems with the keyboard shortly after purchase. we've sent the keyboard 3 times for repairs and it has come back with the same fault , DV247 could not give us a proof that the keyboard was sent for repairs . Now, with been left with a faulty keyboard we can't use and DV247 claims it's not their fault as they don't manufacture keyboards but they took our money. We were left without a keyboard for months, we didn't get any reply from all letters we sent to DV247. We have now been left with an instrument we can't use. We feel duped and badly treated, for that matter, I am writing to share how horrible experience and how we've been treated by DV247 and the stressful times with been through.
