DV Warehouse: Unacceptable customer service
I purchased a $200 insert board for my Mac G5 computer that uses the OS X operating system. On the DV Warehouse website they advertised the "Blackmagic Intensity Pro" as a board that was compatible with Macs using OS X. When I pointed out to the DV representative, that the board wouldn't work on my Mac, he replied that the board only works with SOME Macs using OS X, not all. But this was not stated on their website. This information should have been presented before the sale, not after. Then a consumer would have had the opportunity to inquire about "Which" Macs it would be compatible with. DV Warehouse refused to accept a return of the board for a cash refund and when asked for an exchange for another board, DV Warehouse failed to reply. They have not been helpful in resolving this situation in any way.
