Can't Run A Business This Way
Did the research. It is legal in th US to order duty free cigarettes but US Postal System, Fed Ex and UPS will not deliver cigarettes in the US.
It is their policy, same with credit cards who will no longer cover the charges. To them it's a "sin" service they will not provide. So, Dutyfree attempts to sneak their products by detectors which works about half the time or lately even less.
A reputable sales agent will reship the returned products 4 or 5 times as the months go by. Finally the company gives up on the customer and keeps their money without delivering the product.

They are a ripoff you order from them and you can't get all of your of your order they give you the runaround try to get you to reorder and keep paying the postage because they said it got lost in the usps Taylor is the one that i was doing business with and he need to be ashamed of himself taking peoples money and telling them lies they act like it is your fault that you didn't get all of your order they are from Israel i have been with them for a long time everything was good at first then all of sudden things went bad you order and it takes forever to get it and when you do get it is only half of your order then they want you to reorder and pay the postage on that order I already paid the postage on something that i didn't get this goes on and on and you never get your product from them they blame it on the postal service losing it.that is not my fault and i shouldn't have to keep paying for something that i am not getting.if you say something to them they will get smart with you like it is your fault.they need to be stopped this company is false and they will take your money they are scammers STAY Away FROM THEM FALSE ADVERTISING ON THE WEBSITE.

On August 27. I placed an order with you agent Thomas Bloom phone #:718618****, e mail address TOMERICKB@***.com for 6 cartons of Karelia blue 100, 2 cartons of Menthol Moore and 2 cartons of Parliament blue 100; ORDER #947756 and payed $493.90 by check which was cashed by your company on August 30th .
In addition I was offered 1carton Karelia and 1 carton Parliament. To date I received 2 cartons Parliament and 2 cartons Moore. Despite numerous calls and e mails I could not get in touch with the sales agent. I m short of 10 cartons and $493.90.

Never rec'd my order, this is not the first time that it has happened. They keep the money and I have nothing. Some law firm should look into this company

I have been your client for several years. At the beginning of January, through your representative Madison Stephens, who contacted me several times over the phone and online, I ordered three cartons Karelia Ohme menthol, for which I paid a credit card $ 108 (one hundred and eight).
